Here is my photo for today--well yesterday.  This was taken with the little D40, 35 mm lens at f/2.5.  The darling cat was DIFFICULT to get a picture.  Did I mention DIFFICULT!!!  By the time I finished I was working up quite a "glow"!! Tangi, the cat, has brought much joy into the life of her owner.  The owner's life is encompassed with Tangi: everything is Tangi---Tangi this; Tangi that.  I made the comment to Tangi's owner how much the room reminded me of my own children's playroom growing up.  There were toys ALL over.  While I was getting ready to 'capture' this cat's photo, I turned only to notice that Tangi was a bit more interested in the other camera, the flash, the remote, and the neck strap all laying on the cart behind me.  She was more interested in looking at the 'stuff' and running and 'trying' to hide from me. But, Tangi would not get away. There was much giggling over this cat and her interest (and non-interest),  and I proceeded with the photo. At the end all of us were pretty happy.
