It is a nice quiet evening. I'm sitting in the office with the dogs at my feet, 'my' music blarring and just enjoying this quiet time. Nate and John are both gone for the evening. I thought about what should I take a photo of so I decided I would take a picture of Nate's first shoe next to the shoes that he wears now. This little 9 pound boy has developed into 200 pound son that this mother is so proud of. This photo was taken with the D90, 50mm lens, aperture setting, using a tripod and remote shutter.

John and I are enjoying having him around for the next 30 days. He drives me to work, we go get good coffee, and then he goes home and drags John with him. Today they were doing the things that I just wouldn't enjoy (e.g. looking at a sporting good store). I am so glad that the Cabelas store hasn't open yet. I would lose both of my boys in that store!!! John is really enjoying having him around.
