What a busy photo weekend!!! I was given the opportunity/challenge to take some photos of these great kids from Marist High School. They were all dudded up in their best, and oh how much fun 'I' had (I think they had fun too though). Initially I thought it to be around eight but it ended up 14 teenagers showed up for this photo session. My friend Margaret went with me and what a wonderful help she was. I felt like a real professional with her there. She told them where to stand and then told them to 'look at me (Ruth)' not at others to capture the photo. She also chased me around with this 42" light reflector. Thank you Mags!!!
I listened to Fred and Jonathan and used my tripod. I agree with them that I get a bit excited when shooting and that dear camera goes a flopping!! I listened to Randy, Don and Keith on getting that right lighting. I have found the PERFECT spot and day of time!!! And to everyone I used the PERFECT camera: Nikon D90, 55-200 mm lens, and on priority mode.
