November 24, 2010 6:00 am Weather... 35 degrees COLD

On this cold morning I find warmth in my coffee and my soul is warmed also in reading Psalms 28. The Lord is my Rock. He is my strength and my shield. "One" thing I am thankful for is that I do have The Rock to run to in the midst of life. Stability, strength, anchor, beauty--these words describe The Rock.

Once again I say I love mornings like this: Pandora playing some of my favorite music and good coffee. It is quiet here in this little room and I can get my head ready for the day. There is lots to do so 'another' list is in order.

Well, my photo-of-the day is cute little Bella (Isabella). This little girl lights up when she see me enter (and I must admit I like that). Besides being so cute it is fun to take her picture. Her mother and I come up with some rather creative ideas to pose her and she works with us (on occassion). I brought over my lightening umbrella and put the camera on a tripod shooting with a remote device. I used the 50mm lens shooting at f/5.6 (which I have discovered to be a 'sweet spot' for that lens).
