I can hardly believe it is 8:00 pm and still haven't posted my photo for today. Well, here it is: Lucy. Lucy is yet another neighbor baby that just happens to be the great granddaughter of one of our neighbors. She and her mother are living with our neighbor so I get the pleasure of taking Lucy's picture. Lucy is truly a girly girl at age one!! This photo was taken with the 50mm lens f/2.8 and grandmother Bonnie was holding the flash off the camera. No I did not drag the umbrella light system over--tried something different.

Today was a crazy day at work and there was sooooo much that went on before and during the day that a blog just isn't quite long enough to hold it all. If you ever want to know what happened BEFORE work, get me to the side and I'll share the details. It was a true blonde moment. (locked in a frozen car not realizing the car doors were locked and asking for help... that is all I need to say at this time).

Well, I better call it quits for now. This is a Monday evening that I actually get to spend alone. Time for jammies and a nice cup of cocoa!!
