December 26, 2010 5:00 pm

It's the 26th of December and Christmas is over (for now). John, Joy and I will celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas when Nate returns.  We will have the dinner of the year for that boy. I already have the frozen Butterball turkey in the freezer and will prepare it with all its glory.   It has been good having Joy home for a few days. She will soon return back to Portland and back to her studies.

The little photo for today is picture of the sock Joy knitted for me. Isn't is wonderful??   I took this photo using the D90 with a 50 mm lens on.  I wanted you to see the detail of the sock!

Well, time to go back out to the family room and do a little knitting myself.  Until tomorrow.
