I just looked and realized that I have maintained this blog for 93 days.  Yes today will be the 94th day. Also while debriefing the year, I looked through several photos and I came upon this one. This one that I would probably call one of my favorites.  I took it up on Skinner Butte on a rainy Saturday.

I've just finished baking some of John's favorite cookies--ginger. He is now a happy man. I asked him if he wanted to taste one and he said no--the smell was enough enjoyment for him. Got to keep him happy.

I am looking forward to this evening. We are having dinner with some special friends. Over this past year the Lord has brought us into new and deeper relationships of which we are so thankful. These people speak volumes into our lives.  We know that whatever we go through, this bunch of friends support us, love us, and pray for us.

Well, time to shower and get all spruce up for the evening.  Yes, of course, my camera will be close in hand.
